Our Macaroni noodles are packaged in the highest quality #10 cans that have been enameled inside and out. Each can is equal to about one gallon before opening and reconstitution. All of our products are dried to 3% moistsure and prepared for long term storage. When stored at 69 degrees or less and in a dry well ventilated area, this Macaroni, unopened, will last for years.
